Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18 to 45 years. 2. Clinically diagnosed or Confirmed cases of endometriosis. 3. Pain lasting for more than or about 2 months. 4. One week washout period in case patient was taking any medication for the disease. 5. Patients willing to participate and provide informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with diagnosed pathologies other than endometriosis. 2. Pregnant or Lactating women. 3.Inability to give informed consent or not willing to participate in the study.

To assess the statistical association between Deha Prakriti and the severity of pelvic pain in women diagnosed with Vataja Yonivyapada (Endometriosis), using validated assessment tools.Timepoint: 1 Year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To identify the most common Deha Prakriti types among women diagnosed with endometriosis. 2. To analyze patterns of pain severity (mild or moderate or severe) across different Prakriti groups. 3. To contribute baseline data for future research on Prakriti-based, individualized Ayurvedic treatment approaches in endometriosis.Timepoint: 1 Year
