Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Pregnant women of age between 20-35 years willing for trial. 2- Singleton Pregnancy with cephalic presentation. 3- Gestational age greater than and equal to 38 weeks. 4- Pregnant Women having hematological / routine ANC investigations within normal limits . 5- Pregnant women having adequate or borderline pelvis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Pregnant women not willing for the trial . 2- Pre-eclampsia/ eclampsia 3- Uncontrolled diabetes /Gestational diabetes with complications. 4- Antepartum Hemorrhage 5- Severe anemia or any systemic maternal illness. 6- Previous uterine surgery including a history of cesarean section or myomectomy. 7- Multiple Pregnancies. 8- Malpresentation (breech , transverse lie) 9- Cephalopelvic disproportion 10- IUD 11- IUGR
