Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Vata Pradana Prakriti individuals with Alpa Smriti of age group of 18-30years irrespective of caste and gender. 2.Individuals who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering or on medication for any acute or chronic illness and Genetic disorders, Systemic illness and Congenital anomalies. 2.Suffering from psychotic disorders, cognitive impairments and neuro-psychological disorders.
