Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both married and unmarried cases between age group 20 to 40 years having concern with their menses and diagnosed as PCOS will be included 2. Patients fulfilling above diagnostic criteria Rotterdam Criteria 3. Menstrual Cycle Greater than 35 Days length and or less than 8 menses per year 4. Oligomenorrhoea associated with or without Hypomenorrhoea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of Malignancy of genital tract 2. Known Case Of Congenital anomalies of genital tract 3. Known Case Of of Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Endometriosis, Anaemia that is Hb less than 7gm per dl 4. Uncontrolled - Diabetes Mellitus, HTN 5. Any menstrual disorder other than PCOS like Thyroid abnormalities 6. Patients on previous Medicines unwilling to discontinue previous medicines will be excluded 7. Patients with severe oligomenorrhoea that is Interval between 2 cycles greater than 55 days will be excluded
