Intervention1: Placental gel: 14 sites in patients undergoing scaling and root planing will be administered with placental extract gel (PLACENTREX Gel, Albert David) adsorbed in a resorbable collagen

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects having a minimum 20 teeth. Subjects with chronic periodontitis with probing depth greater than or equal to 5mm, clinical attachment level greater than or equal to 1mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic diseases. Patients who have undergone anti-microbial therapy in the past 6 months. Patients who have undergone periodontal therapy in the past 6 months. Pregnant and Lactating women. Smokers and Tobacco users. Patients who are allergic to placental gel and hyaluronic acid gel.
