Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Auxiliary Nurse Midwives working under PHC/SCs of selected districts 2. In-service ANM workers with a minimum of 2 years experience in providing mother and child healthcare services.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The ANMS who are on extended leave. 2. ANMs who are planning to resign within six months.
