Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years 2. Diagnosed with chronic neuropathic pain (duration more than 3 months) secondary to SCI 3. Who received DRG based intervention 4. Baseline NRS more than or equal to 5 with poor response to medications and 5. Provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous procedures other than DRG-based interventions 2. Severe psychiatric illness or associated cognitive impairment 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Deformity of spine

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to compare changes in pain intensity following DRG-based interventions in patients with chronic neuropathic pain of spinal cord injury at baseline, 1, 3 and 6 months using NRS scale.Timepoint: at baseline, 1, 3 and 6 months.

MeasureTime frame
Assess improvement in function & quality of life post-intervention using the brief pain inventory.Timepoint: At baseline & 6 months
