Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of 3-6 years of age. Children with 4 and more than 4 active carious lesions (Experimental group). Children with no caries (Control group). Parents giving consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who received fluoride topical application during the last 1 month. Children requiring special health care needs. Pulpally involved teeth. Children who were on antibiotic therapy within the past 3 months. Children with genetic diseases or syndromes. Children on any medications.
