Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a diagnosis of Chronic Daily Headache as per the International Classification of Headache Disorders third edition ICHD-3 criteria. Patients aged between 18 to 59 years shall be included. Age of onset of headache shall be less than 50 years as per Diener et al. 2019. At least one headache episode per month with VAS greater than or equal to 50 mm. Patients giving written consent to participate in the protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medication overuse headache Exclusion of Secondary Headaches: Rule out secondary causes (e.g., trauma, infection, or intracranial pathology) either via history and clinical evaluation or imaging as needed (ICHD-3). Patient is uncooperative for the procedure Active substance use disorder (except caffeine and tobacco). Implanted metal or cerebral devices in head and neck History of unprovoked seizures, intracranial neoplasms or intracranial surgery, or history of severe head injury or cerebrovascular disease Patient having significant unstable medical condition like uncontrolled hypertension, complicated diabetes mellitus, etc Patient receiving ECT in last 6 months.
