Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged between 18 to 70 years irrespective of gender. 2. Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria of ICD-10-CM code M47.22. for cervical spondylosis. 3. Subjects presenting with Sthamba-neck stiffness, Ruk-neck pain with radiation, Karmakshaya -functional disability. 4. Subjects who are willing to sign consent form to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cervical spine fracture. 2. Ankylosing spondylitis 3. Rheumatoid arthritis 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Any other systemic disorders interfering with the intervention. Subjects contraindicated for Nasya.
