Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All age group and both sexes will be included in study 2) Cases with diagnostic indication of upper respiratory tract infection(common cold, acute rhinitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, laryngitis.) 3) Onset of symptoms within past 3 days .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic respiratory condition (Asthma, COPD) 2) Complicated URTI(pneumonia, tonsillitis with abscess) 3) Cases with irreversible pathological condition such as respiratory failure, lung cancer 4) Cases which will not maintain regular follow up 5) Cases with onset of symptoms More than 3 days 6) Patient already on antibiotics or other treatment
