Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18 35 years with similar bilaterally impacted mandibular third molars. 2.subjects with similar bilateral mandibular impactions based on difficulty index score 3-5 (WHARFE assessment). 3.subjects under ASA-I and ASA-II categories. 4.No active infection at the surgical site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bleeding disorders or subjects on anticoagulant therapy 2.Pregnant women 3.Pathologic lesions associated with the impacted tooth 4.subjects with existing limited mouth opening 5.History of acute pericoronitis or infection requiring urgent treatment 6.Not willing to provide written informed consent and agreed to follow-up
