Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal healthy individuals. 2. Both males and females 3. Willing to participate with written consent. 4. Not having of any conditions and musculoskeletal disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cognitive impairments or inability to follow instructions 2. Elderly individuals with severe comorbidities that may restrict participation or compromise safety
