Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls aged 14 to 18 years who are at least one year post puberty. Regular menstrual cycles 21 to 35 days. Adolescent girls reporting the presence of menstrual pain in each menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis or fibroids or other pelvic pathologies. Participants currently taking pharmacological and hormonal treatment for menstrual pain. Recent pelvic or abdominal surgeries
