Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with small to moderate tympanic membrane central perforations with conductive hearing loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Large central perforations History of previous ear surgery squamosal com patients with bleeding disorders
