Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3rd MBBS Part 1 and 2, M.B.B.S undergraduate students after completion of clinical posting or some clinical exposure willing to attend 1 to 3 cycles of interview lasting 20 to 40 minutes 2. Ability to converse in English is mandatory. 2 18 participants across year groups; expect to recruit further via theoretical sampling until categories reach theoretical sufficiency
