Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient presenting signs and symptoms of Manyastambha like manyastambha manyashoola. 2. Patient will be selected irrespective of gender, religion or occupation. 3. Patient willing to give inform consent and able to participate in study. 4. Patient fit for Nasya karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of Antarayam, bahirayam, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis. 2. Women who is under menstrual cycle. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Lactating women. 5. Severe stenosis of spinal canal, disc prolapse and other related conditions which requires surgical treatment.
