Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrolled full-time physiotherapy college students 2. Age:18-25 3. Able to read and write in English 4. No history of upper limb injury or fracture in last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students with diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions of hand, wrist, arm.(e.g. De Quervain s Tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel syndrome) 2.Recent upper limb fracture or acute injury, inflammation or pain.
