Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults between the ages of 18 to 50. 2. Flexion rotation test is positive 3. Duration of pain more than 1 to 3 months 4. VAS score between 40-80 mm 5. patients had to present with a complaint of neck pain (pain in the region between the superior nuchal line and first thoracic spinous process)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with history of trauma or fracture to their neck. 2. Any neurological symptoms of tingling or numbness towards the neck and upper limb. 3. A history of fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, or other neck-related inflammatory diseases. 4. past neck surgical history

| Visual Analog Scale: VAS is a pain analyzing tool which consists of a 10cm line representing pain level at each centimeter. Participants are asked to rate their pain according to their severity. Cervical Range of Motion: Cervical ROM is measured using a universal goniometer for pre and post treatment, while the participant is seated with a back support and the ROM is measured in flexion, extension and rotation.
