Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prolonged standing hours 2. Age 25-40 3. Nonspecific low back pain. 4. NPRS above 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed spinal degenerative diseases 2. Recent spinal injuries. 3. Use of medications like analgesics and muscle relaxants.
