Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thoracic hyper kyphosis with angle greater than 45 degrees Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent or past history spinal injury, prolapsed disc Recent vertebral fracture Physically disabled person Ankylosing spondylosis Neurological disorders affecting balance Severe pulmonary conditions requiring medical intervention Individuals with altering balance those caused by aging such as dizziness or vestibular disorder that have a potential effect on balance as well as balance disorder. Patients with a high risk of falls (28 or more than 28 points on Fall Efficacy Scale [FES-I]) Cognitive impairment preventing participation in VR exercises Psychological disorders Uncooperative patients and patients with communication disorder
