Intervention1: exercises in pelvic neutral position: supine pelvic tilts, abdominal drawing-in, supine bent knee fall-out, marching in crook lying, double leg bridge, heel slides, unilateral bridgeing

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent primary rotator cuff repair, with-in one week post surgery, ability to understand and follow instructions, willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: revision rotator cuff repair, concomitant shoulder procedures like biceps tenodesis, labral repair, fracture fixation, history of significant low back, pelvic or hip pathology, severe shoulder stiffness prior to surgery or frozen shoulder, BMI more than 35 KG per square metre
