Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age group 20 - 60 years. 2.Patients clinically diagnosesd with classical signs and symptoms of Vatakantaka (calcaneal spur). 3.Patients irrespective of sex, occupation,religion and socioeconomic status. 4. Patients having X-ray showing spur at heel region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Wound at the site of intervention. 2)Calcaneal fractures. 3)Patients already diagnosed with HIV, HBsAg,DM,HTN,Anaemia. 4)H/O Recent trauma or surgery to the affected area. 5)Patients already diagnosed with peripheral vascular disorders like DVT. 6).Patients with other painful or deforming foot conditions (corns,callosities, plantar warts ). 7)Contraindicated patients for Agnikarma and Siravedh.
