Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women age group 40-60yrs. 2. Presence of peri-menopausal symptoms and menopausal symptoms 3.40% subjective criteria must be present. 4.Patient Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women below 40 or above 60 years. 2.Surgical menopause. 3.Patient with severe uncontrolled systemic disorders(Hypertension, Thyroid disorder, diabetes) 4.Patient on antidepressants or anti anxiety or hormone therapy. 5.History of hormone replacement therapy in the last 6 months 6.Patient is taking oral contraceptive pills.

To establish the comparative efficacy of Vyasthapana ghanavati with kalyanak ghrita nasya along with yoga intervention in improvement of Rajonivritti janya laksana with special refrence to Peri and Post Menopausal symptoms.Timepoint: Three months follow ups with trial drug and one month follow up without trial drug to note the complications after the procedure if any

1.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Vyasthapana ghanavati with kalyanak ghrita nasya along with yoga intervention in improvement of Rajonivritti janya laksana with special refrence to Peri and Post Menopausal symptoms. 2. To study the physical and psychological symptoms in Peri and Post Menopausal women. 3. To assess the role of Pratimarsha Nasya in Peri and Post Menopausal women. 4. To compare the therapeutic outcomes between the two groups: Group A: Will be treated with Vyasthapana Ghanvati with Yoga protocols. Group B: Will be treated with Vyasthapana Ghanvati and Kalyanak Ghrita Nasya with Yoga Protocols. 5. To assess the effect of selected Yogasanas and Pranayama in Peri and Post Menopausal symptoms woman. 6.To check out any side effects occurs during the trial.Timepoint: Three months follow ups with trial drug and one month follow up without trial drug to note the complications after the procedure if any First follow up- after 30 days Second follow up - after 60 days Third follow up- after 90 days Fourth follow up- after 120 days
