Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults 18 to 60 years 2. Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis Vatakantaka by clinical exam.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Foot injury ulceration 2. Inflammatory arthritis e.g. rheumatoid arthritis 3. Wounds and amputation Ulcer over foot ischemic condition patient on anticoagulants. 4. Trauma of lower extremity neuropathy bleeding disorders pregnancy and lactating women severe comorbidities. 5. Patients suffering from systemic diseases uncontrolled DM HTN and Cardiac diseases.
