Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute coronary syndromes (STEMI, NSTEMI, unstable angina) Stable ischemic heart disease Ischemic cerebrovascular accidents Peripheral arterial disease Coronary interventions (PCI or CABG) Coronary artery calcium score greater than 100

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non atherosclerotic CAD (coronary artery dissection etc.) Failure to provide consent
