Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and Females in between the age group of 20-45 yrs. Subjects having BMI in between 23-24.9kg perm2,According to Asian-pacific classification of obesity based on BMI. Subjects having FVC less than or equal to 80 percentage to 120 percentage and FEV1 less than or equal to 80 percentage to 120 percentage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Individuals with recent surgeries (last 6months) Participants with cognitive, cardiac or neurological diseases Trauma affecting in the chest, abdomen or respiratory system Participants currently undergoing treatment for any respiratory diseases.
