Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Assess the impact of molecular classification (POLEmut, MMRd, p53abn, NSMP) on clinical outcomes, including progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), in Indian patients with high-risk endometrial cancer.Timepoint: 24 Months (2 Year) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| - To describe the distribution of molecular subtypes in high-risk EC patients in India. - To correlate molecular classification with clinicopathologic variables such as age, stage, histology, and lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI). - To assess patterns of recurrence (local vs. distant) by molecular subgroup.Timepoint: 24 Months (2 Year) | — |
