Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed high-risk endometrial cancer 2. FIGO stage IB grade 3 and above 3. Stage II III endometrioid carcinoma 4. Any stage serous or clear-cell carcinoma 5. Completion of primary surgery and adjuvant therapy 6. Availability of FFPE tissue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low-risk endometrial cancer or missing critical clinical/tissue data 2. Recurrent/metastatic disease at initial presentation 3. Lost to follow-up within six months post-treatment

MeasureTime frame
Assess the impact of molecular classification (POLEmut, MMRd, p53abn, NSMP) on clinical outcomes, including progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), in Indian patients with high-risk endometrial cancer.Timepoint: 24 Months (2 Year)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- To describe the distribution of molecular subtypes in high-risk EC patients in India. - To correlate molecular classification with clinicopathologic variables such as age, stage, histology, and lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI). - To assess patterns of recurrence (local vs. distant) by molecular subgroup.Timepoint: 24 Months (2 Year)
