Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare personnel (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians). 2. Valid BCLS certification. 3. Willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic back pain. 2. Knee injuries or musculoskeletal limitations. 3. Pregnancy. 4. Refusal to consent.

MeasureTime frame
To compare chest compression depth among three rescuer positions: (1) Standing on Floor, (2) Standing on Step Stool, and (3) Kneeling on Bed.Timepoint: 1. Real time record: During each 2-minute cycle, a feedback device (accelerometer/mannequin software) will record real-time compression data. 2. Subjective data (VAS 0-10) for fatigue, comfort, and stability will be recorded immediately after each block. ( at end of 2 minute chest compressions)

1. To compare chest recoil, compression rate, & duty cycle during chest compression across the three positions Timepoint: 1. Real time recording: During each 2-minute cycle, a feedback device (accelerometer/mannequin software) will record real-time compression data for entire 2 minute duration during all 3 cycles;2. To assess subjective comfort, stability, & fatigue using a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) in all three rescuer positionsTimepoint: Will be assessed at end of each 2 minute compression cycle.
