Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent molars with deep carious lesion and pulpal exposure (carious exposure) but restorable tooth. 2. Teeth with vital bleeding pulp on exposure but without systemic signs of infection. 3. Ability to consent and commit to follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: teeth with non vital pulp, swelling , abscess, sinus tract, radiographic periapical radiolucency
