Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects aged between 30 to 70 years irrespective of gender 2 Positive SLR test 0 to 40 degrees 3 Subjects presenting with pain originating from Sphik and radiating down to the Kati Pristha Uru Janu Jangha and Pada 4 Subjects fit for basti and are ready to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Tuberculosis of Spine Neoplasm of spine Spine fracture Abscess Congenital diseases of spine 2 Known cases of Impaired cardiac hepatic and renal conditions 3 Uncontrolled hypertension 160/100mmHg and Diabetes Mellitus HbA1C greater than 8 4 Pregnant women and Lactating mothers
