Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adults aged 18-25 years attending the OPD Services of a tertiary care hospital in West Bengal. 2. Young adults aged 18-25 years with DASS-21 sub-domain scores of: i. depression less than equals to 10-13, ii. anxiety less than equals to 8-9, iii. stress less than equals to 15-18. 3. Young adults aged 18-25 years who are able to provide informed consent and participate in intervention 4. Young adults aged 18-25 years whose literacy level is class 10 or above 5.Young adults aged 18-25 years who can understand Bengali, Hindi and English 6. Individuals aged 18-25 years who have not missed any OPD follow up within 6 months. 7. Individuals aged 18-25 years who is having one follow up schedule within one month of baseline assessment. 8.Participants who are having smartphone with internet connectivity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria a) Young adults aged 18-25 years who have severe psychiatric illness (such as-schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, acute psychosis, active suicidal ideation, OCD etc.) and other neurological disorders that may preclude participation in the study. b) Young adults aged 18-25 years who have severe physical illness affecting understanding of intervention. c) Individuals who are having acute emergency visit, any schedule of surgical procedure. d) Individuals who are having exacerbation of the primary disease.
