Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective open inguinal hernia repair under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with significant cardiac pulmonary disease, patients having bilateral hernia, patients with chronic pain over incision site, patients having allergy to amide group of local anaesthetics, patients taking opiods , patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
