Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric population aged 0 12 years. 2. Undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries (e.g., cholecystectomy, pyeloplasty, orchidopexy, diagnostic laparoscopy).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 1 month or above 12 years. 2. Refusal of consent. 3. Undergoing laparoscopic intestinal surgeries (e.g., bowel resection, anastomosis). 4. Pre-existing intestinal disorders (e.g., chronic vomiting, motility disorders, feeding intolerance). 5. Dependence on enteral or parenteral nutrition preoperatively. 6. Requirement for postoperative ventilation or ICU admission. 7. Emergency surgeries
