Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female subjects will be included. Subjects with age group of 18-35 years. Subjects with limited knee extension 135 degree - 20 degree bilaterally. Subjects with LEFS Score less than or equal to 79. Subject having walking speed less than 1.3 m/s. Subject with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Musculoskeletal disorders (e.g. Herniated nucleus pulposus, Lumbar spondylosis, Lumbar spondylolisthesis, Vertebral fracture). Subjects with Cardiovascular conditions (e.g. Hypertension, Coronary artery disease) Subjects with Respiratory conditions (e.g. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Asthma) Subjects with Skin problems (e.g. Ulcers, Psoriasis, Blisters) Subjects with Neural disorders Subjects with Significant Haematoma. Subjects with recent history of lumbar or abdominal surgery (e.g. Laminectomy, Discectomy, Appendectomy, cholecystectomy) Subjects with radiating pain to lower limb. Pregnancy Subjects with history of Lower limb / pelvic fracture within the past 6 months. Subject with Deep Vein Thrombosis. Subject with Lower Limb Discrepancy Subject with history of TKR, THR in past 1 Year. Subject having history of Avascular Necrosis. Subject having unilateral hamstring tightness.
