Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University going students with shoe size 5 inch willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known neurological conditions musculoskeletal disorders fractures or deformities affecting posture or gait recent lower limb injuries in the past 6 months current engagement in physical therapy
