Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults (both males and females) aged 18 40 years. Diagnosed with moderate to high myopia (-3.00 D or greater) and must use corrective spectacles or contact lenses since 5 yrs 8 hrs /day. No history of vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, or balance-related issues. No prior participation in vestibular rehabilitation therapy. Ability to follow instructions and perform the exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of eye surgeries (e.g., LASIK, cataract surgery). Use of medications affecting vestibular function (e.g., sedatives, antidepressants). Known inner ear pathologies (e.g., Meniere s disease, labyrinthitis). Severe systemic conditions affecting mobility (e.g., musculoskeletal disorders). Presence of any congenital eye anomalies like aniridia, coloboma.
