Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in study. Patients presenting with clinical features of Vatasthila (BPH) will be selected randomly irrespective of caste, religion and socio-economic status. Patients between the age group of 40 to 75 years. Patients having mild (1 7), moderate (8 19) International Prostate Symptoms Score of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia will be included. Patients having high International Prostate Symptoms Score (20 35) with no other complications of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia and not willing to undergo surgery will be included. Patients with Controlled Diabetes Mellitus. [BSL Random between 70 140 mg/dl] will be included. Co-operative patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study. Patients below the age of 40 years and above 75 years. Patients having Hematuria. Patients with Uremia, Septicemia, Bladder Outlet Obstruction, Urethral Stricture, Renal Calculi, CA Prostate. Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus [BSL Random above 140 mg/dl] will be excluded. Patient with other major systemic illness which interfere with the treatment will be excluded. Immunocompromised patients. Patients with acute retention of urine who need surgical intervention. Non-co-operative patients.
