Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years. Patients with ADS having mild to moderate hypertension. Only male participants who are admitted in MCF. Participants who are capable of doing the yoga protocol and willing to fill the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have complications of hypertension. People who are already receiving any kind of AYUSH treatment.
