Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employed full-time IT workers with more than 6 months of work experience. Perceived stress scale score ranging from 14 - 26 Employees who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of psychiatric illness. Severe acute or chronic systemic illness. Those participants who have taken regular herbal supplements in last 3 months Those who practice regular yoga Those who are undergoing any intervention for stress management Participants who are unable to do yoga. Pregnant and lactating women

To evaluate the combined effect of Sankhapushpi churna(convolvulus pluricaulis) and selected yoga techniques in reducing stress score among IT Professionals of Kochi using Percieved Stress Score(PSS-10).Timepoint: 30 days
