Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed married women of PCOS having H/O Anovulation 2. Patient included irrespective of occupation, religion & socioeconomic status 3. PCOS patient having Regular Cycle Pattern

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any menstrual disorder other than PCOS like Thyroid abnormalities 2. Patients having perimenopausal symptoms 3. Married patients diagnosed pregnancy during screening 4. K/C/O Malignancy of genital tract 5. K/C/O Congenital anomalies of genital tract 6. K/C/O of Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Endometriosis, Anaemia that is Hb less than 7gm/dl 7.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, HTN
