Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group 5 8 years Dental procedures indicated pulp therapy or simple extraction. Cooperative behavior based on Frankls Behavior Rating Scale No known lactose or probiotic intolerance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute dentoalveolar infection or facial cellulitis. Extreme baseline cold sensitivity in the target tooth. Known systemic illness, special child, or allergy to local anesthetic.
