Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with leg ulcer 2. Venous ulcer, diabetic ulcer, arterial ulcer pressure ulcer neurogenic ulcer and traumatic ulcer after 7 days 3. Ulcer having size greater than 10 length 10cm breadth 4. Subjects within the age group 20-70 years. 5. Participants with written informed consent will only be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: leg ulcers associated with Tuberculosis Malignancy Burn Gangrene HIV patients VDRL and HbsAg positive patients
