Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women between 21-35 Elective LSCS ASA Grade ii

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled systemic comorbidities(cardiovascular,respiratory,renal) Patient in whom massive intraoperative loss is present(Placenta Previa,Placenta Accereta) Eclampsia Cases refuse to give consent Patient who recived preload of iv fluid
