Inclusion criteria: PATIENT FULFILLING THE DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA BOTH MARRIED AND UNMARRIED WOMEN BETWEEN AGE GROUP OF 16-50 YEARS PATIENT WITH HB GREATER THAN 8MG PER DL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: POST MENOPAUSAL BLEEDING PATIENT WITH IUCD AND ON OCPS PATIENT WITH SYSTEMIC DISEASES LIKE HTN,DM,PCOS,STD AND ENDOCRINE DISORDERS LIKE THYROID DISORDERS AND LIVER DISORDERS BLEEDING DUE TO ABORTIONS,POLYP,CERVICAL EROSION,UTERINE FIBROID,PID,BENIGN AND MALIGNANT GROWTH IN THE UTERUS
