Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm neonates between 28+0 weeks to 33+6 weeks, on partial oral feeds of at least 50 ml/kg/day who are clinically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital anomalies or craniofacial malformation affecting feeding/airway. Known neuromuscular or genetic syndrome affecting swallowing. Grade 3 /4 IVH; moderate to severe HIE Congenital heart disease requiring surgery or causing hemodynamic stability.

Time to achieve full oral feeding through paladay or katori spoon in preterm neonatesTimepoint: At a post menstrual age of 32 weeks and then after every 2 weeks till discharge
