Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Well-fixed, properly stained tissue blocks with a histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of OSCC. 2.All operated cases of OSCC. 3.All patients with Denovo- arising OSCC. 4.All cases with Composite resection of lesion + suitable modified radical neck dissection (MRND) + reconstruction with microvascular flap

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Every instance of cancer except OSCC. 2. All cases of lesions in the oral cavity that are not neoplastic. 3. Insufficient, necrotic, or autolyzed biopsy specimens. 4. Recurrence cases. 5. Patients who have previously received radiation and chemotherapy
