Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MMSE greater or equal to 24, 2. Participants should be able to walk 10 m independently and stand independently for at least 90 seconds .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If any significant general health or medical problem that would affect their participation in intervention protocol, 2. Any neurological deficits (stroke, Parkinson disease and neuropathies) that would affect their full participation in intervention protocol, 3. A self-reported symptomatic musculoskeletal disorder reported over the last One month or orthopedic surgeries within the past six months that would interfere the participation in the intervention, 4. Taking medication which may cause unsteadiness (sedatives, antidepressants, or hypnotic medications), 5. Any unstable CVS disease (acute MI and acute heart failure), 6. Any uncorrected visual or auditory impairments. 7. Use mobility aids such as cane, walker and crutch, 8. Participants having record of falling in the last six months.
