Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Children diagnosed with pama or having two or more symptoms of pama - kandu (itching), toda (pain) , daha (burning) , pitika (eruption) , strava (discharge). 2) Selection will be irrespective of gender, religion, and socioeconomic class, age group of 3 to 15 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known case of skin disorder such as dermatitis, Leprosy, pyoderma, psoriasis. 2) Pama associated with immuno deficiency disorder such as HIV. 3) Scabies with crust or hyperkeratosis and secondary infection, urticaria.

To evaluate the add-on Effect of Navakarshik Syrup with Vachadi Ointment in the management of Pama (Scabies) among children aged 3 to 15 Years over 7 days.Timepoint: 7 days, where follow up will be on 3rd, 5th and 7th day.

To observe the adverse effects if anyTimepoint: 7 days where follow up will be on 3rd, 5th & 7th day.
