Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 70 years. 2.Scheduled for diagnostic upper GI Endoscopy. 3.Patient with Complain of Dysphagia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known hypersensitivity or allergy to clove or Lignocaine. 2.Presence of acute Throat infection, oral ulcers, or mucosal lesions. 3.Patients with Respiratory compromise, such as Asthma or COPD. 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders or neurological impairment that could affect reporting of symptoms or cooperation. 5.Any obstructive pathology in oral cavity
